Job description

INFINITE GROUP is hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic BPO team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu . This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to our company’s success in a vibrant office environment. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via phone to assist, resolve inquiries, and provide product information. Maintain a friendly and professional communication style to build strong customer relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer request handling. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality and retention. Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on enhancing customer experience. Achieve and exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. 2+ years of relevant experience is an advantage. Join our collaborative team where open communication and teamwork are valued. You will report to the Team Leader and work closely with telecallers and customer service representatives. This role is office-based in Chennai and is not eligible for remote work.
