Brand Content & Community CoordinatorResilient Active | San Juan Metro Area, Puerto RicoPart-Time | 25–30 Hours/WeekResilient Active is a Puerto Rico-born activewear brand built around a simple belief: Showing Up Counts.As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for a creative, organized and ambitious person to join our team and help bring The Resilient Way to life through content, social media, community and brand experiences.The RoleYou'll work closely with Resilient's founders across four main areas:Content Creation: Capture and edit photography and video for social media, campaigns, products, creators and events.Social Media: Help manage our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms, including content planning, publishing, Stories and identifying creative trends.Community & Creators: Build relationships with our creators, affiliates, athletes and customers while coordinating UGC and community initiatives.Brand Activations: Support photoshoots, events, runs, pop-ups, launches and other Resilient experiences.You'll also have the opportunity to assist with other marketing and brand-growth initiatives as Resilient continues to evolve.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has experience creating social-first photo and video content.Understands Instagram Reels, TikTok and today's social media environment.Has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing tools.Is comfortable behind a camera and working with people in front of one.Understands fitness, running, training, wellness or active lifestyle culture.Is organized, dependable and comfortable managing multiple projects.Communicates effectively in Spanish and English.Is willing to participate in occasional events outside traditional working hours.Wants to learn, take ownership and grow alongside an emerging brand.More Than a Marketing JobThis is one of the early roles being built within Resilient Active.We're looking for someone who connects with what Resilient represents and is excited about helping shape how our brand looks, sounds and connects with its community as we grow.The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role and take on greater brand and marketing responsibility over time.To ApplyPlease submit:Your résuméA portfolio or examples of content you've createdSocial accounts or brands you've worked with, when applicableA short introduction telling us why you'd be a good fit for Resilient ActiveShow us what you've created.
