Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights that shape business strategies and improve client outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to gather and document detailed business requirements aligned with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support new project initiatives and process optimizations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to present quantitative findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively. Monitor project progress using performance metrics to ensure timely delivery and achievement of targeted outcomes. Utilize advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create reports accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including training users on analytical tools and methodologies to maximize adoption and effectiveness. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence within a similar corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Preferred: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change.
