Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights that shape business strategies and improve client outcomes. Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support new project initiatives and process optimizations. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence within a similar corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Preferred: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change.
