Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights that inform business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support project initiatives and operational improvements. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations based on quantitative analysis. Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure success and timely delivery of outcomes. Utilize data visualization tools to create clear and informative reports for both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the implementation of new systems and processes and assist in user training on analytical tools and methodologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, preferably in a similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
