Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze detailed business and functional requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand and document business processes and goals. Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), use cases, and user stories to guide project execution. Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams to facilitate clear communication and effective solution delivery. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Analyze data trends and create insightful reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and track performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments. Exceptional communication and documentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel for requirement tracking and process mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
