TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional solutions that support business goals. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, and user stories Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to aid decision-making Identify process improvements and recommend effective solutions Required Skills: Proven experience in Business Analysis or a related role Excellent communication and documentation skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or similar industries is advantageous Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Employment Type: Full-time (On-site, remote not eligible) Salary: $5,000 per month
