Justcalletech e tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in a competitive industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and industry trend analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight our service value. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional strategies and materials. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Negotiate contracts and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, market insights, and performance metrics to guide business improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certifications in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred.
