Company: Company Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role focuses on generating and qualifying sales leads, expanding our client base, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Cold call prospects generated by external lead sources to initiate sales conversations. Research and identify potential accounts to develop new sales opportunities. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to start the sales process effectively. Penetrate targeted accounts and expand sales within the existing client base. Create and deliver qualified sales opportunities to team members for follow-up. Maintain and grow the company’s prospect database with accurate and updated information. Ensure timely follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with clear calls-to-action, deadlines, and complete profiles. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities. Support marketing efforts including trade shows, exhibits, and events when necessary. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell products/services. Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales opportunities. Overcome objections and negotiate with prospective customers to close deals. Attend periodic sales training sessions to enhance skills. Communicate the company’s brand identity and corporate position professionally. Perform data sourcing and analysis to support business development strategies.
