Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging industry trends and potential client segments, supporting data-driven decision making. Engage prospects through personalized outreach and effective communication to build strong relationships and trust. Participate actively in client presentations and meetings to clearly demonstrate our value proposition and service offerings. Assist in negotiation processes by articulating benefits and addressing client needs to close new business deals. Manage and track sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop impactful marketing materials and sales strategies aligned with company goals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives by proactively driving new business opportunities. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. Familiarity with research methodologies and client management strategies. Target-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving measurable results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
