This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our business growth by securing new clients and strengthening existing relationships in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, strategic networking, and forming key partnerships within Abu Dhabi’s dynamic business ecosystem. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and maximize revenue streams. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique immigration services. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and lead generation. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in immigration to identify emerging business opportunities and market shifts. Track sales metrics and forecasts diligently, providing actionable insights to senior management to guide business strategy. Lead contract negotiations and oversee client onboarding processes to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery. Participate in cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to diverse audiences. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and forecast sales accurately. Preferred: Experience in the immigration or legal services sector is a strong advantage. Knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory environment. Fluency in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team setting.
