Giselle Rose Liao is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the construction and manufacturing B2B sectors. This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company focused on innovation and success across the USA. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and strategic networking. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and manufacturing industries. Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth and financial objectives. Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure new business. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that effectively promote our services and solutions. Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management review. Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven business development experience, preferably within the construction or manufacturing B2B sectors. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
