Join TCS as a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Infrastructure Services based in Newark, NJ. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive sales and develop solutions for IT Infrastructure Services including Datacenter, Network, End User Computing, IT Service Desk, and Technical Product Support. Map client organizations, build strong relationships with new business units, and create sales strategies to develop new business opportunities. Manage end-to-end lead generation, sales cycles, and RFI/RFP processes for IT Infrastructure solutions. Lead multi-service line deals by coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. Prioritize and lead digital engagement initiatives to drive revenue growth. Identify and build new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. Lead financial negotiations, contract terms, conciliations, and outsourcing discussions. Advise account and delivery leadership on potential risks and issues related to engagements. Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with overall business plans. Collaborate within a matrix organization to meet prospecting and sales goals. Work closely with practices and delivery teams to co-define transformation strategies and service offerings. Architect tailored IT Infrastructure solutions by leading cross-functional teams including solutions, pricing, and contract management.
