Garima Chaudhary is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager specializing in Pay-Per-Call to join our dynamic remote team based in the USA. This full-time remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client network. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue through Pay-Per-Call campaigns. Identify, engage, and build partnerships with potential clients to broaden service offerings. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the Pay-Per-Call industry. Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign goals and optimize results. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track success and areas for improvement. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within digital marketing or advertising. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Pay-Per-Call business models and associated technologies. Relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
