About the role
Europe Express has partnered with travel advisors since 1990, offering customized European travel at competitive prices for independent and group travelers. The company provides destination training and resources to help travel advisors succeed.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Business Development Operations Specialist supports connections between travel advisors, partners, and internal teams. The role combines organization, communication, relationship building, and commercial support.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Business Development calendar, including consortia and host agency marketing activities, events, trainings, and webinars.
- Coordinate partner marketing activities, events, and trainings.
- Support HubSpot and other team systems.
- Help new travel advisors get started with Europe Express.
- Answer questions, identify opportunities to improve the advisor experience, and help teams work together.
