Location: Florida Ridge, Florida, United States Experience: 2–5 Years About the Role Workflo is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Automation Analyst to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and a solid understanding of process design, system integrations, and configuration. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities Design and implement efficient workflow automation solutions Configure routing logic, approval hierarchies, and process rules to streamline operations Integrate workflows with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, and APIs Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize existing automated workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business process automation or workflow management Strong knowledge of workflow configurations, routing logic, and form design Experience with system integrations including APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Cflow, Pipefy, Kissflow, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-based workflow creation or intelligent automation Familiarity with no-code platforms Knowledge of process optimization methodologies Why Join Workflo?
