Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls, emails, and other channels. Update and review customer account information accurately using available tools. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations. Resolve customer inquiries thoroughly and follow up until issues are fully addressed. Escalate complaints to management or relevant departments promptly. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Must reside within 20 kilometers of our Heredia office for on-site work. Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work mixed shifts in a hybrid environment. What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary of $1,000 USD.
