This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing case hole operations, including job design, resource allocation, and execution of services at the wellsite. Day-to-day tasks include supervising field crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, reviewing operational programs, and monitoring job performance and service quality. The Case Hole Operations Manager collaborates with clients and internal teams to define job objectives, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves preparing operational reports, managing equipment readiness, and supporting training and development of field personnel.Qualifications Strong background in case hole operations, well intervention, or related oilfield services, with experience in supervising field activities and job execution.Knowledge of well integrity, production logging, and remedial work practices, along with understanding of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate operations, manage schedules and resources, and maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting.Effective leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide field personnel, provide coaching, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.Solid communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build strong working relationships.Proficiency in using standard office software and basic operational planning tools; familiarity with industry-specific software is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience in oil and gas operations.Willingness to work on-site in Reynosa, TAM, with flexibility for field schedules and operational demands; bilingual Spanish/English skills are beneficial.
