About the role
Cortland County Community Action Program seeks a coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of CAPCO’s fee-for-service childcare center. The role supports a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children, working collaboratively with Early Childhood Development leadership, administrators, families, and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage program implementation, staffing, enrollment coordination, regulatory compliance, family communication, fiscal tracking, curriculum support, and staff supervision.
- Maintain alignment with agency policies and NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) regulations.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for all children.
