Dubai Eventos y Catering is seeking a passionate and creative Event Catering Chef to join our dynamic team in La Victoria, Lima, Peru, including Callao and Chorrillos. This full-time role demands a culinary leader who excels in gastronomy and thrives under pressure to ensure every event is memorable and delicious. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will directly impact customer satisfaction and our company’s reputation. Work hours: 10 hours per day, with meals provided for all staff. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes following company standards. Create innovative and appealing menus tailored to each event’s needs. Efficiently manage kitchen time and resources to meet deadlines. Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Plan and organize daily kitchen operations, including inventory and cost management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Gastronomy. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar catering and events role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Advanced culinary skills with great attention to detail. Familiarity with culinary tools and catering management software (optional).
