Join our team at Eland Platinum Mine , a leading mining company in North West, South Africa. We are currently hiring a dedicated Code 14 Driver for a permanent role. This position is key to ensuring the safe and efficient transport of materials and personnel, supporting our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Safely transport materials and personnel as scheduled. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards. Maintain accurate logbooks and submit required reports in line with company policies. Ensure vehicle upkeep and promptly report maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding transport operations. Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols. Participate actively in training sessions and safety meetings to enhance skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Valid Code 14 driver’s license is mandatory. Strong communication skills for clear coordination with teams. Previous experience as a Code 14 driver is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations. The Code 14 Driver will report directly to the Transport Manager and collaborate closely with logistics, operations, maintenance, safety personnel, and site supervisors to ensure smooth transportation processes and uphold safety standards.
