Truck Driver - Code 10 and Code 14

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Truck Driver with valid Code 10 and Code 14 licenses to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. As a key player in our transportation and logistics sector, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across various routes. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned trucks to transport goods, adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability. Manage load documentation and maintain accurate logs of mileage and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, providing updates on delivery schedules and potential delays. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly. Assist with loading and unloading of goods as necessary, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and safety. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Code 10 and Code 14 driver's licenses. Minimum 3 years of driving experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of road safety and transport regulations. Ability to operate a range of vehicles and handling equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
