We are expanding our footprint into Houston, Texas and seeking enthusiastic, part-time Community Operations Ambassadors to serve as local brand champions. Position Overview As a Community Operations Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of The Laundry Basket® in Houston. This role involves representing the brand at local events, networking functions, and laundromat partner locations while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and brand standards. Ideal candidates enjoy engaging with people, are detail-oriented, and excel at building community-business connections. Key Responsibilities Represent The Laundry Basket® at community events, networking meetups, and local activations throughout Houston. Monitor laundromat partner locations to ensure compliance with brand standards including cleanliness, signage, and customer service quality. Act as a liaison between customers, laundromat partners, and The Laundry Basket® main office. Support local marketing campaigns by distributing flyers and promotional materials. Collect, document, and report customer feedback to improve service quality. Document visits and events with photos and concise written summaries. Qualifications Must reside locally in Houston, Texas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation with flexibility to attend events during evenings or weekends. Previous experience in customer service, retail, events, or promotions preferred. Ability to work independently with weekly check-ins. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour based on experience. Part-time position requiring 5–10 hours per week. Bonus incentives available tied to local growth and performance.
