Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and local building codes, reducing workplace incidents. Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering skill development and high-performance culture. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across projects. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes applicable in New Hampshire and the United States. Preferred: Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Experience mentoring teams and fostering professional development.
