Key Responsibilities Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts. Assist in construction, demolition, and renovation of residential and commercial properties. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines. Load and unload materials; ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained. Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials on site. Report project progress and issues to the site supervisor or foreman. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in construction or related fields preferred; entry-level candidates considered. Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.
