Kaniz Fatema Nasrin is seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our dynamic team in Hialeah Gardens, Florida . As a key member of our construction crew, you will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Assist in assembling and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Perform tasks including digging, demolition, concrete pouring, and site cleanup. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily project objectives and quality benchmarks. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition and promptly report any issues. Follow all safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and comply with industry standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of proven experience in construction or related fields. Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Certifications in heavy machinery operation and construction safety are preferred.
