Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate task execution and adherence to project specifications. Perform diverse construction tasks such as demolition, framing, and installation of structural components with precision and safety. Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently, following all operational protocols. Collaborate effectively with site managers, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and deadlines. Monitor job site safety rigorously, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding project progress, challenges, and resource needs. Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of tools and equipment to maintain optimal working condition and prevent downtime. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering open communication. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and construction plans. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
