Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications. Prepare and clean construction sites to maintain safety and organization. Perform construction tasks such as framing, roofing, and concrete pouring following industry standards. Strictly adhere to safety compliance guidelines to protect yourself and team members. Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment in good working order. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors to coordinate work and resolve issues. Inspect work areas regularly to identify hazards and report them promptly to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous construction experience preferred. Strong blueprint reading and safety compliance skills. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
