We're looking for a dedicated Construction Worker to join our on-site team in Tallahassee. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and assisting with the operation of heavy machinery to support project completion. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team. Assist in setting up and maintaining job sites by preparing tools, organizing materials, and ensuring equipment is ready for daily use. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers to meet daily construction goals and deadlines. Inspect tools and machinery regularly, promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to site supervisors to avoid delays. Follow blueprints and technical specifications accurately to support the building of foundational structures and other construction elements. Commit to ongoing skill development and training opportunities to enhance your construction expertise and career advancement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Demonstrated knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA compliance. Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly and work in varying weather conditions. Strong teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively on diverse construction teams. Previous experience in construction or related labor roles is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred: Certifications for operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or excavators. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities for career growth.
