Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and assisting with the operation of heavy machinery to support project completion. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team. Assist in setting up and maintaining job sites by preparing tools, organizing materials, and ensuring equipment is ready for daily use. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers to meet daily construction goals and deadlines. Inspect tools and machinery regularly, promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to site supervisors to avoid delays. Follow blueprints and technical specifications accurately to support the building of foundational structures and other construction elements. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Demonstrated knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
