Key Responsibilities Develop and produce compelling content across video and social media platforms. Edit and enhance video content to ensure top-quality visuals and storytelling. Collaborate closely with marketing to align content with branding strategies. Research industry trends and audience insights to guide content creation. Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills. Minimum 2 years experience in content creation or related roles preferred. At Any Work, you will collaborate with graphic designers, marketing specialists, and fellow content creators. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will receive mentorship to grow your skills and impact. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra, Ghana.
