Key Responsibilities Manage schedules and calendars, ensuring timely appointments and meetings. Draft, format, and proofread a variety of documents and correspondence. Act as the first point of contact for all communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy accessibility. Coordinate office activities and logistics, including meetings and events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the team. You will be involved in special projects aimed at improving office efficiency and bettering client service delivery.
