Maintain community gardens by assisting with planting, tending, and harvesting crops. Document and report progress of farming projects and community engagement activities. Collaborate with project coordinators to identify improvements and address community needs. Support organization of community events promoting sustainable and ecological practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Essential skills in sustainability, community development, and organic farming. No formal education required; open to all motivated learners. Previous volunteer experience in related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong passion for environmental issues and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
