Contracts Analyst (on-site Liberia)

Our client, a leading company in the services sector, is seeking a professional with experience in contract management, negotiation, and process optimization, with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
What will you do in this role?Manage service and commercial contracts, participating in their analysis, negotiation, and review, while monitoring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and obligations.
Lead the procurement cycle, from identifying business needs and conducting market analysis to managing quotation, tendering, bid evaluation, and supplier selection processes.
Manage and evaluate supplier and contract performance, monitoring KPIs, costs, quality, and service levels, while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, with experience in procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Is a must.
Availability to reside in Liberia or nearby areas.
Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, and results-oriented skills.
