Job Responsibilities Include: • Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance. • Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform. • Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers. Requirements for the position • Must have prior experience and know how to complete the above responsibilities. • Must provide own tools to complete jobs. • Must have valid ID. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must provide own means to get jobs completed. • Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions. • Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
