Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Analyze ad performance data to optimize strategies and meet marketing objectives. Collaborate with creative, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment. Stay current on Meta Ads platform features and industry best practices. Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders. Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI). Mentor and train junior team members on digital marketing strategies and tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience managing Meta Ads or similar digital marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Facebook Blueprint certification or similar credentials are a plus. 2-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
