About the role
Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Corporate Partnerships Manager to expand relationships with companies and organizations and promote access to its Graduate Programs for working professionals. The role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers and developing opportunities that contribute to graduate enrollment growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with companies, institutions, and professional organizations.
- Promote the University’s Graduate Programs to corporate partners and their employees.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with HR leaders, executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate partners.
- Identify organizations and professional segments with potential interest in graduate education.
- Establish corporate agreements and educational partnerships.
- Coordinate corporate events, information sessions, and other outreach initiatives.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners and interested professionals.
- Collaborate with Graduate Admissions and Marketing to support enrollment initiatives.
- Monitor corporate outreach, partnerships, referrals, prospective students, applications, and enrollments against established goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, corporate relations, B2B account management, partnership development, or similar results-oriented roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing corporate accounts and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and communication skills.
