About the role
Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Human Resources Manager to support its growing organization and strengthen HR operations, employee development, and institutional compliance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and can work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensure timely follow-up on HR processes.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR reports.
- Support payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and other personnel administration processes.
- Advise supervisors and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Coordinate employee evaluations and follow up on performance improvement and development needs.
- Support workplace Health & Safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Develop HR metrics and reports to support management decision-making.
- Promote a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources or Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and labor compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
