Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for cases. Draft and file legal documents, including motions and briefs. Represent clients in court, advocating for their rights and interests. Negotiate settlements and plea agreements with opposing counsel. Maintain client relationships through regular communication and updates. Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal procedures. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case preparations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal law. Strong litigation skills with proven courtroom advocacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Membership in the Bar Council of India. Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
