CRM Administrator - Miami, FL

Company is seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This full-time role offers remote work flexibility and focuses on the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of our ACE CRM system. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, maintain, and support the ACE CRM platform. Create and enforce best practices, governance, and patterns for custom and configured CRM solutions. Implement enhancements including custom reports, invoices, workflows, and third-party integrations. Write and design analytical reports using JavaScript, SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools. Develop and maintain SQL queries for data import/export, cleansing, analysis, and ad-hoc requests. Troubleshoot complex platform issues with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation. Experience & Skills Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Deep knowledge of CRM system architecture and development experience with custom APIs. 5+ years administering and testing SaaS application platforms and managing outbound/inbound caller ID DIDs (LiveVox, TCN, MyCall Cloud). 3+ years experience with SaaS texting solutions such as SBT and LiveVox. 5+ years configuring CRM systems using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards with advanced proficiency. 4+ years experience with SQL, SQL report writing, ETL, and JavaScript. Experience with data warehouse, SQL, and OLAP technologies. Proven ability handling large, complex CRM deployments. Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and expanding CRM functionality by enabling new features. Note: Candidates with Salesforce or HubSpot experience are not the target for this role.
