Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any unresolved concerns, aiming to reduce repeat calls by 15%. Participate actively in training sessions to improve technical skills and deepen product knowledge, supporting continuous professional development. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call resolution time and customer feedback scores, to identify areas for service improvement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for clear customer interactions. Proficiency with basic technical tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center. Certifications related to customer service or communication skills.
