Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Manage property tasks including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease agreement coordination. Facilitate communication between tenants and property owners to ensure satisfaction and clarity. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and property management activities using CRM software. Support marketing efforts by assisting in the development of promotional materials and communicating property availability. Participate in team meetings to identify improvements and implement best practices. Assist with property inspections and on-site management duties as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in property management are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; previous customer service experience preferred.
