Customer Service Accounts Support Specialist

Support customers, accounts, payments, and administrative operations.

1-3 years of experience in: Customer Service, Administrative Support
Strong written communication skills, particularly through email.
Comfortable making occasional outbound calls.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes.
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team communication.
Comfortable discussing payments and past-due balances with customers.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Billing
Collections
Accounts Receivable
Payment Processing
Experience using CRM systems or customer account management platforms.
Experience conducting phone surveys or information-gathering calls.
Experience in Property Management, Leasing, Real Estate, or a related industry is a plus.
