We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service Associates in our international BPO blended processes. As part of our Pune team, you will engage with global clients across industries such as insurance, banking, and finance, providing high-quality customer support via voice, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Provide support for insurance sales, banking claims, and loan-related queries, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage global chat, voice, and email support channels efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Participate in AMCAT screening and ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to international BPO standards. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements, contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility by working rotational shifts, adapting to changing business needs while maintaining high performance. What We're Looking For Required: 0 to 5 years of experience in customer service or BPO environments, preferably with exposure to international processes. Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, including strong grammar proficiency. Immediate joiners preferred to support our growing operations. Educational qualifications excluding BE, BTech, BA-LLB, MTech, and MBBS degrees. Preferred: Familiarity with insurance, banking, claims, or loan processes is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to rotational shifts and a fast-paced work environment.
