INFINITE GROUP is hiring a full-time BPO Customer Service Telecaller in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this customer-handling role, you will assist customers by phone, resolve inquiries, and help deliver a positive service experience in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, answer questions, and provide product information.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional manner and build rapport with customers.
- Work with teammates to respond to customer requests efficiently.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Follow up on customer feedback to support service quality and retention.
- Meet performance goals for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
