Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound customer communications through voice and chat platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Assist customers by resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records and identify service trends. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize processes and improve overall service delivery. Participate actively in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, service updates, and best customer engagement practices. Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to help refine service strategies. Achieve key performance indicators such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates to meet department goals. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education: 12th Pass or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service mindset with proficiency in voice and chat support. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
