Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer inquiries and propose solutions. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Assist in onboarding new customers by providing necessary guidance and support. Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary to support the customer support department. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage customer concerns effectively. Prior experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with customer support software and systems is a plus. Aptitude for quickly learning new tools and technologies.
