We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative | Santurce, PR
We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) to join a growing team in Santurce. This position will support the sales department and serve as a key link between customers, sales representatives, and suppliers.
Location: Santurce, PR | On-siteSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $13.00 – $14.00/hourBenefits: Statutory benefits + company contribution toward medical insurance
Key Responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up• Process and track customer orders• Support the sales team with customer requests• Communicate with customers and suppliers• Coordinate and follow up on orders and inquiries
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. No specific college degree is required.
