The Associate will support the appraisal team by gathering property data, reviewing documentation, and assisting in the preparation of valuation reports. Typical responsibilities include coordinating appointments, conducting field inspections under supervision, organizing comparable property information, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Associate will help ensure reports comply with company procedures and applicable regulations, and will collaborate with colleagues to meet project timelines and client expectations. The role also involves communicating with clients and external partners in a professional manner and contributing to continuous process improvement.Qualifications Ability to conduct detailed research, analyze property information, and support accurate valuation documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear reports and interacting with clients and team members.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Comfort with on-site fieldwork, including property visits, data collection, and working both independently and in a team setting.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn appraisal-related tools.High level of professionalism, ethical judgment, and attention to detail in all work products.Associate or bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in appraisal, real estate, or financial services is a plus.Fluency in English; Spanish language skills and familiarity with the San Juan real estate market are advantageous.
