Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and effective resolutions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our data management system. Assist customers with product and service questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical solutions. Collaborate with team members to address concerns and improve overall service quality. Support team leadership by mentoring new members and sharing best practices for excellent customer service. Monitor customer feedback and report trends or incidents requiring management escalation. Engage in ongoing training to continuously enhance customer service skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills with a passion for outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data management and problem-solving. Previous team leadership experience is a plus. Familiarity with customer service software and tools preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience is desirable. This remote-eligible, part-time role offers $35 per hour. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
