As a Voicer Agent, you'll have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of customer interaction, which may include sales, customer service, or back-office support duties. This multifaceted role entails handling phone calls, chats, or business processing tasks with precision and professionalism. We expect you to deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales objectives, and ensure seamless task execution tailored to the specific account you're assigned to.   Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, chat, and email. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information to enhance their experience. Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.   What We're Looking For Required: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
