Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to support one of our US-based clients. This is a 100% English-speaking position, requiring advanced English proficiency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing them with friendly, professional, and efficient support. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who is committed to ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries mostly via phone.Provide accurate information about services, processes and case status.Effectively resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.Maintain a high level of patience, empathy, and professionalism, especially when handling difficult situations.Respond to email inquires in a promptly manner.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in customer service rolesExcellent English comprehension – written and verbalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.Availability to work on-site.The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
