Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative – San Salvador

IM LOOKING FOR A JOB is hiring a full-time Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative based in San Salvador, San Salvador, El Salvador. In this role, you will assist customers, recommend products and services, process orders, and help grow sales while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat with questions about products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to support sales and satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints and service issues using effective problem-solving skills.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer accounts.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database.
• Share best practices with teammates and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
• Attend training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
