Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and resolve complex problems. Assist in onboarding new customers with necessary information and guidance. Continuously learn about our products and services to offer informed support. Participate in team meetings to share feedback and insights for service enhancement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.
